Could all visting (i.e. non RH3) Hashers please let me (Prestressed - contact link below) know of their
preferred pace.
The Saturday Hash will be quite long, but average runners will keep up
with the usual RH3 group.
If you are planning to join the walkers please let me know.
On the other hand, if you require something more stimulating and think
that you are up to our resident iron man triathlete, Perpetch's
standards (he's getting on a bit though!), please list youself as an
FRB. That way, at least the checks will remain interesting for the
pack.
