Registration Terms
Payment by €(EUR) Cheque (drawn on French Bank), £(GBP) Cheque (drawn on UK Bank) or Paypal for the amounts shown depending on when you get your act together and send in the form:

Notes:
- Registration now only at €240 and only on a conditional, space available basis
- Price is all you need to pay for the whole weekend other than your travel costs.
It includes accomodation, ferry to the island for Saturday, meals and most booze (there may be certain times where the true alcoholics that still crave a drink will have to buy it themselves) - you may purchase extra nights via paypal at the link at the bottom of the page - Registrations are NOT refundable (but are transferable if you find a person to transfer to).
We do not wish to lose money because of last minute cancellations. If you have a really good excuse you may see if we are feeling merciful, however in general this excuse must include documentary proof of your death, your parents' death and the deaths of all spouses, children or other dependants

Note that the form must be filled in and signed for your registration to be accepted. This is so that we avoid the attentions of Messrs Sue, Grabbit & Runne in the event of any accidents.

*Refund Policy
In the event that you desire to cancel your registration, funds shall be returned to the extent that we are not out of pocket.
In terms of the VVF rules, cancellations within 3 and 1 month of booked date are charged at 10%, from 1 month to 8days, 50%, and 7 days or less, 100%.
At the 3 month stage (i.e. 22 June), We will confirm all of our paid for bookings, and after that, if there are any cancellations, we will allocate these to late bookers accordingly. Anything not taken up by 22 August will be cancelled with VVF, and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds due.
Cancellations and reallocations will be treated on a FIFO basis.
